Compliance and Fulfillment Manager for Symbiot
Located in Draper, UT
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or
equivalent experience in the facilities, construction, grounds, and/or property
management industries.
Key Role: Being the liaison between the Customer
and Service Provider (contractor) and meeting the expectations of both.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the Customer’s expectations are being met
through:
- Customer Satisfaction/Retention
- Successful Seasonal Transitions
- Helping Contract Services, Legal, and Accounting
to understand the customer’s expectations
- Revenue Growth through
- Additional work orders
- Retaining and Growing Accounts
- Adherence to Projected Contractor Cost
- Low Service Partner churn
Duties:
- Follow-up on work orders and other issues that fall
out of Central Services’ processes.
- Find out customer satisfaction through surveys.
- Ensure that margins on contracts and work orders are
sufficient
- Work with Central Services, Legal, IT, and Accounting
to ensure the contract has a successful startup and shutdown, as well as
make sure the contract is successful in general.
- Making sure Central Services feels ownership of
coverage, work orders, work verification and other contract items as it
applies to the established processes.
- Problem solving of any issue that is escalated from
Central Services.
- Communicate with SPs the expectations of each contract
through:
- Creating Keys to Contract.
- Holding conference calls to discuss expectations,
scope, etc.
- Sending email communications to emphasize work
verification, scope, etc.
- Resolve Service Provider issues as they relate to
payments and other issues that fall out of process.
- Oversee creation of the Notice to Provide Services for
each customer and service
- Oversee work verification and help to improve SP
understanding of this process
- Oversee SP contract completion and resolve disputes.
- Resolve issues that Regional and Local Property
Managers bring up.
- Improve Property Manager satisfaction through proper
communication and by exceeding expectations.
- Send Work Order update reports to customers who have
requested this.
- Review NTPSs and sign Master Services Agreements

experienced Commercial Assistant Property Manager.
Duties of the Assistant Property Manager will be to provide
comprehensive assistance to the Property Manager including but not
limited to:

Assist Manager in preparation of financial reports

A/P, A/R, month-end reconciliations

Vendor coordination

Client/tenant interaction

Maintain certificates of insurance

Possess excellent verbal and written communication including

Must be self motivated and work well independently
MS Word and Excel required. Basic accounting courses or equivalent work
experience preferred. Experience in Yardi accounting application
preferred.
